The Prisoners Journey, Aboriginal Edtion- The Gospel of Mark
In partnership with Prison Fellowship Australia, The Prisoner’s Journey, Aboriginal edition was created to support incarcerated Indigenous Australians. Currently, Aboriginal people represent 3% of Australia’s population but the population of Australian prisons is made up of 27% of Aboriginal Australians.
The Prisoner’s Journey, Aboriginal Edition is a culturally relevant format, with beautiful, specially designed Aboriginal artwork and plain English to explain the story of Jesus.
The course is well-placed to meet the needs for many Aboriginal prisoners in this new format. The program is the culmination of 12 months’ work in partnership.
